In 2018, DeMaria hired EBI to supply and erect this maintenance facility after the city council of Grosse Pointe approved a new DPW building on the current DPW site. The new facility is 25,000 s.f. and provides extra storage, improves their parking and vehicle circulation, and is overall a better work environment for their employees. The addition includes offices for supervisors, separate locker rooms, bathrooms, and a break/training room.
