Built on the grounds of a factory that manufactured transportation goods since the 1800’s — including military vehicles in World War II and decades of GM cars and pickups — M1 Concourse is the largest complex of its kind. It boasts of an 87-acre playground for auto enthusiasts. In 2016, EBI was hired to supply and erect seventeen conduit/paddock buildings that house exotic cars. The scope included erecting the structural frames, roofing, wall panels, and interior liner panel for the walls.
