We coordinate directly with a design team to combine the design and build functions and maximize communication, minimize confusion and put your entire project on the fast track to completion.
We manage complex, on-site activities to ensure cooperation among the entire design-build team. We make sure to meet critical schedules and budgets in order to streamline the construction process.
Working with the project architect and estimator, we provide quality construction services. From building permits, to site development and construction, to final landscaping, we’re with you every step of the way.

- Prepare daily reports
- Request, receive, review and transmit submittals
Engineered Buildings can:
- Complete all punch list items
- Prepare as-built drawings and warranties
- Perform post occupancy inspection before the one year anniversary.
